Yes I am compiling a Blog about the great pandemic of 2020 and how my country stupidly shut down the economy. We will have opinions, political and cultural highlights, my personal experience, social media details, even TV reviews since I watch so much TV while in my home jail. We shall, as always, end with a smile.

MAJOR POLITICAL EVENTS OF THE WEEK
(another update)
Bit and Pieces From Last Week
First I must inform my descendants that there was a huge upheaval in the stock market last week which I am just beginning to understand.
It involves buying a stock short and hope it goes down that I may sell for a profit.
Or something.
Here's hoping that by the time my descendants read this the schools have stopped teaching how to choose your gender and started explaining these financial things they need to learn.
-----------------------------------------
Also this past week Senator Rand Paul held a vote on whether this stupid idea to impeach former President Trump, who, at the time of this writing, is constitutional.
It would take 67 senators to remove Trump from office and 45 senators have already expressed their reluctance to do so.
They don't want the guy to run in 2024 and if they must cheat to achieve this, then they shall cheat.
-----------------------
President Trump has begun to send out letters with the following heading.
"From the Office of the Former President"
You got to know this really peeves the liberals.
Heh.

Finally, a new item for my descendants. For I listen to political pundits and reporters all day, over the radio, on cable news, on the television.

Every week I shall appoint a winner of the week for excellence in their jobs.
This week it is Politico of the Week-Peter Doocy
I once complained about Peter in that he is the son of Steve Doocy, one of the main hosts of Fox and Friends.

I've never been a believer in nepotism but Peter Doocy is getting a lot of attention and he's working damn hard at it.
His father, along with me, must be very proud of him.

MAJOR CULTURE EVENTS OF THE WEEK

People get your pictures of the famous Bernie Sanders inauguration pose with his mittens.
They are everywhere in that Americans have been amused by the serendipity of it all.
So I accumulated some pics but there's millions of others out there.

I only have one comment about the current series...FBI...and FBI-Most Wanted. I am sick of shows that have characters who insist that they are so important that the job cannot do without them. The FBI series aren't the only ones to do this and it's pure bologna.
There might be some people who love their job so much they can't leave it even to be with their own family. But to watch some of these cop shows is nonsense. Most of us work because we have to, not because our job needs us so much that people might die or we love it so much.
And the FBI? Let's see, they messed up on Richard Jewell, the Atlanta Bomber, they filed false FISA warrants on some of Trump's campaign team, they even got the anthrax killer all wrong, draining some innocent guy's pond.
We'd all be better off if the FBI would all go home and stop trying to pretend they are nothing more than a political tool of the elite.

(My opinion for my descendants)
Why Can't We investigate the election of 2020?
--------------------------------------------------
It seems that at least half the population, at the least,
believe that the election of 2020 was stolen from Donald Trump.
I believe that, let me state.
Why would people be registering their dead uncles to vote if they didn't want whoever their dead kin voted for to win?
Trump's legal team compiled a mess of election fraud to include possible rigged voting machines to dead voters to voters registered in the wrong states. There was also that little factoid that several states changed their election laws in the middle of the vote, changed by the janitor and local barber….NOT by state legislators.
The argument back is that the fraudulent votes were not enough to change the outcome of the election.
First of all, how does anybody know that for certain? Yes I know there are 330 million people in America, with about 160 million voters.
Who has checked the outcome, how it was and how it should have been?
Now I understand you can't just put everything on hold for a national election for a recount of over 150 million votes.
But first, it's been acknowledged there was fraud, fraud in great amounts. These people who committed fraud wanted to steal the election. Why else did they sign up dead Uncle Fred to vote for who they wanted?
Why can't congress appoint a commission to thoroughly check out the election of 2020? There is no hurry and if nothing else, all that fraud can be corrected to stop in the future, if nothing else.
Rules can be established, such as Joe the Janitor is not the one to change election rules for one.
Such a commission would have time, plenty of time, to work on the project. It would be set up as bi-partisan.
Why can't, at the least to settle the troubled minds of so many Americans who don't believe elections will ever be fair again….why can't congress, the people in charge of doing this sort of thing, study it, come back with answers, while all of congress can vote for any changes?
If congress refuses to do this than they could care less how us peons vote, they…both Dems and Repubs…..want elections to reflect what THEY want.

THE FLY ON THE WALL

Folks, I don't have a lot of time to write anything as I am too busy trying to keep up with this new guy Biden's executive orders and figure out who he is and how the hell he got here.
I recently "attended" a meeting between two guys who discussed impeaching President Trump AFTER he is out of office.
Be patient and I shall expand on what I heard.
