True Crime: Michael Jackson: Waaaay Worse Than You Think

...and why true believers of the American way should be concerned more than anyone.

In an explosive leak,The Smoking Gun
has obtained copies of confidential law enforcement records regarding the current investigation against Jackson in what I am going to call the Boy2 case.

Because a few months ago, that same site obtained the complete affidavit of who we’ll call Boy1. While that interesting procurement was shocking in and of itself, the comparison of Boy1’s affidavit to the information from TSG’s current crop of confidential documents re Boy2 is even more horrific.

For Michael Jackson, famed pop singer, is not only a pedophile of the highest order, he willfully and strategically chose and groomed his prey at the most opportune time and under the most perfect of circumstances.

Boy1’s name is now widely known. He was the focus of a lengthy investigation in 1993 by Los Angeles DA Tom Sneddon. Eventually Boy1 dropped the charges for an undisclosed but rumored to an extremely large sum of money.

After the city of Los Angeles had spent huge sums of taxpayer money on the investigation of Boy1’s allegations with the result being the refusal of the victim to testify, the law in California was changed. Roughly, if medical, psychiatric or educational personnel hear of any abuse of children, it must be reported. And victims must testify.

For the de facto result of all the time spent investigating Boy1’s allegations was to have public paid law enforcement personnel doing the heavy lifting for what became essentially a civil suit.

Fast forward to 2003 and yet another young boy comes forward with allegations against the singer. THIS time Jackson and his cabal of enablers were a little more crafty and scheming in their actions to obtain another, more perfect, victim for Jackson’s sexual enjoyment.

First, let’s compare the similarities between Boy1 and Boy2. Both were 13 years of age when the molestation began. Both were known by Jackson well before he began molesting them. Both came from families headed by a divorced mother. Both families were treated to exotic trips and extended stays at Jackson’s Neverland ranch.

According to both sets of documents at TSG, Jackson liked to phone the boys up in their homes, talking them sometimes for hours at a time. Michael Jackson also liked to give the lambs he was leading to his bedroom cute and silly nicknames.

In the case of Boy2, this victim being groomed well after his Boy1 of ten years ago, Jackson was a little more duplicitous in covering his actions.

Stung by the lawsuit from Boy1, it appears from reading the documents at The Smoking Gun Jackson got a bit smarter. Beginning with the convenient interview Jackson had with filmmaker Brashir in early 2003. This interview sent repercussions across the national radar in that Jackson admitted to sleeping with young boys, calling this action not at all perverted, but “sweet and loving”.

If was only AFTER that interview with Brashir that Jackson began molesting Boy2.

Now why do you suppose this was?

Jackson was evidently planning and scheming his seduction of the young boy and that interview with Brashir was part of his plan. It was a bit odd, no, that a world-renowned personage would risk public scorn and mockery by going on national TV and admitting his penchant for sharing his bed with little boys? Surely any decent PR person would have warned Jackson against such a thing.

Michael Jackson risked the bad PR for two reasons. He “pre-empted” Boy2’s future accusations against him by having the boy and his family on TV, smiling and praising mighty Michael and denying any sort of untoward sexual behavior. He then gave that silly narrative about being “sweet” to children by sharing his bed with them.

After that interview began a bizarre and confusing series of events, all leading to the eventual seduction of Jackson’s new victim.

In the case of both boys, Jackson lured and plied them and their families by giving them treats, trips and joy they never would have known otherwise. Both boys were being raised by rather ineffective mothers who are, one may argue, not all that bright. In the case of Boy1 Jackson and his enablers followed the same methodology of gaining the trust of the boy’s family, taking them on luxurious trips and eventually luring the family for extended stays on his Neverland ranch.

No doubt as a result of Boy1’s costly settlement, this time Jackson pre-empted any future accusations by arranging that little PR stunt before diving into the Boy2’s underpants.

Oh yes, there’s a cadre of enablers of Michael Jackson and it is THESE folks singing over at Tom Sneddon’s place. They are being granted various forms of immunity, perhaps a complete pardon from their heinous acts, for their testimony.

This time, folks, Jackson is not going to walk away from his crimes.

Consider the whole thing at its basest. Here was a child suffering from a rare form of cancer. This is how Boy2 met Jackson, as a result of his “dying” wish to meet Michael Jackson. At the time Boy2 was not quite the right age for Jackson’s tastes but he evidently saw something he liked. Thus began his grand plan.

First Jackson gets PR points for being “nice” to a sick child. Then he cultivates the boy’s family, impressing them with pleasures they’d never know in their east LA life. Over the course of time, no doubt, Jackson’s enablers investigated the family of the boy, scooping out the extended family and plotting how to provide Jackson with his sexual pleasure while keeping the whole thing mum.

There’s a litany of incidents reported by all three siblings involved in the case of Boy2 about being provided with alcohol on many occasions. Can you imagine this? Michael Jackson gives a sick kid a bunch of nasty booze, a kid with only one kidney mind you, due to his cancer.

In fact, in one incident, Jackson’s goons are driving Boy2 to his appointment with a urine sample to test how the boy’s one remaining kidney is functioning. According to the boy’s mother, Jackson was afraid the urine test would show the presence of alcohol in the boy’s system. During the trip the goons stopped at a rest stop. While the mother went to the ladies room someone emptied the urine sample. When they finally arrived to deliver the sample there simply was not enough to do the required test.

Which means, ladies and germs, that Michael Jackson deliberately sabotaged this boy’s required medical tests. Nice guy. Recruiting a small cancer-ridden child, duping him and his family into parroting his line for a national audience, then plying children with liquor and sabotaging required medical tests. At the time of that glowing Bashir interview, according to the confidential law enforcement documents, Michael Jackson had not YET molested the boy. After getting the family’s video testimony on tape and wrapped up for future defense, Jackson began his plan to sexually abuse the young boy.

Michael Jackson is not a tormented sexual pervert desperately trying to put a lid on his sexual proclivities. He is a calculating schemer who carefully planned his conquest to avoid the same result as occurred with Boy1.

While the subject of late-night comedy and snarky jokes across the Internet, the Jackson case is far more serious. For didn’t the conservatives across the land lament the abuse of power by Bill Clinton? And isn’t the whole scenario of Jackson’s seduction of these young boys an abuse of power? Are we, as Americans and conservatives, standing for truth, justice and the American way, simply going to stand aside and allow the wealthy celebrities among us to continue on the prowl for our children?

I might also add that Michael Jackson currently has three children, their paternity and source extremely vague. In one case in those Smoking Gun documents, his son Prince was in the room while Jackson was molesting Boy2. Allegedly Jackson giggled and commented that the sleeping Prince was “missing out on the fun”.

Is it not conceivable that Jackson “created” these children to be future playthings without all the bother of public investigators?

Brickbats against those rather obtuse mothers serve no purpose. In America we are ALL protected by the laws, even the dense. Michael Jackson and his enablers especially chose those boys for that very reason. They wanted young boys with a dysfunctional family, a family that would not be believed against the protests of the mighty Jackson camp.

Let’s hope Michael Jackson goes to jail. Judging by the evidence LA prosecutors have against him, physical evidence folks including Boy2’s underwear found in Jackson’s daughter’s bedroom now what were they doing there, Jackson’s not going to walk on this one.

For even if you have thousands of fans and do the moonwalk with flair, you are still subject to the laws of our land. Jackson’s trial is set to begin the end of January. Conservatives and believers in American ideals across the land should be hoping that the mighty Jackson is finally brought to justice by the poor and dysfunctional he so heinously abused.

And for the record, I’m willing to bet Mark Geragos had something to do with the release of those documents. Recall that Geragos was Jackson’s original lawyer but was later fired by Jackson. Who knows, maybe Jackson didn’t pay Geragos for his time. The defense is, I’d argue, entitled to prosecution information in the discovery process.
