Secretary of State Antony Blinken Testifies Before Senate
It was all clever and polite and sweet political talk when the Secretary of State Blinken testified before congress about the horrible withdrawal from Afghanistan.
Sec. Binken is, indeed, a quite handsome man. He was raised in the Deep State and he know how to couch all that he says.
Below is a list of questions a FreeRepublic poster created that should have been asked of the Secretary and, oddly, was not.

No. 1: Who authorized abandoning Bagram Air Base on July 8? Who was assigned the mission of removing or destroying weapons, equipment, aircraft, sensitive military material and tens of millions in cash at Bagram? Why did they fail to do so?
No. 2: In July and August, resident Joe Biden promised to leave no Americans or allies behind. Yet hundreds of American citizens and NATO allies and tens of thousands of Afghan allies and their families were left behind. Who is responsible for failing to carry out the president's promise?
No. 3: Why has the State Department failed to negotiate agreements with other nations to grant asylum to Afghan nationals fleeing in fear of being murdered by death squads?
No. 4: Who authorized the firing of a Hellfire missile from a U.S. unmanned aerial vehicle that killed a U.S. Agency for International Development contractor and seven children on Aug. 29?
No. 5: Who was responsible for failing to notify our NATO allies of the decision to have all "friendlies" out of Afghanistan by the Taliban's Aug. 31 "deadline?" How many of these "third-country nationals" are still in harm's way?
No. 6: Did you advise Biden to ask Ashraf Ghani -- the Obama-Biden administration's hand-picked president of Afghanistan -- to lie about the Taliban's rapid advance on Kabul?

Milley warned China
Now here's a guy America does NOT need.
Mark Milley betrayed his country and it's time our congress critters start kicking these traitors our of there.

During the final months of former President Donald Trump's term, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Mark Milley made two phone calls to Chinese officials in fear that Trump would create n Post associate editor Bob Woodward and national political reporter Robert Costa, it is alleged that Milley made two secret phone calls, both to his Chinese counterpart, Gen. Li Zuocheng of the People’s Liberation Army. The book alleges that the phone calls took place prior to the 2020 presidential election on Oct. 30, 2020, and two days after the Jan. 6 Capitol riot, on Jan. 8, 2021.
Then there is that marvelous waste of time Jennifer Griffin that everyone seems to contact with exclusive inside information. Fox Cable, which I normally like, gives Griffin all kind of time to repeat anything the political insiders tell her. And I suppose we are to believe she always tells the facts because of course those fine folks of our ruling class never lie.

Update on Murdaugh
I had compiled a compendium of the strange story of the South Carolina Murdaugh family on FreeRepublic https://freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/3994136/posts, here.
But there's more.
Murdaugh had been shot in the head by a client of his on 9/4/21.
Murdaugh not only did not die, he was up and about right after ending up at the hospital after being shot in the head.
Alex Murdaugh, the prominent South Carolina lawyer whose wife and son were shot and killed in June, asked a former client to kill him this month so his other son could collect a $10 million insurance payment but survived being shot in the head, the police said on Tuesday night.
Murdaugh's wife and son were killed earlier this year. Murdaugh's lawyers assert Murdaugh had nothing to do with this killing.
What else would his lawyers say?
The son who was killed was involved in the death of a young woman as a result of a wild boat ride with the drunk son.
In addition there had been a hit-and-run involving a pedestrian five or so years ago that it is believed the Murdaugh sons were also somehow involved with.
This week we find out a few more things.
Anthony Murdaugh had an addiction to the drug oxytocin.
As I type this I heard, quickly and without much detail, that there was yet another strange death in the Murdaugh family, involving a female housekeeper who worked for the Murdaughs.
Give me time and I will catch up.
What a wild and wooly family.

America's Got Talent
America's Got Talent
The finalists included Josh Blue, a comedian with Cerebral Palsy, Acrobat Aiden Bryant who made a miracle out of a rope, and the winner, pictured above, magician Dustin Tavella.
Magicians seem to be all the rage nowadays on America's Got Talent. Singers are great but they don't win so much anymore.
Whatever the case, I was entertained and know that, truly, America's Got Talent.

THE FLY ON THE WALL
Yes I am a fly and yes I also Blog. I tend to wander around among the politicians and hear their conversation. Because I am a fly beneficial to humanity, I share that which I hear. Bear in mind my spelling. I am, after all, only a fly.
Dealing with General Milley
This Fly did know the identity of a single human in the room the day they all gathered to discuss how to handle General Milley in terms of public relations.
This happens often. And most times I don't bother because....well mostly because they serve no snacks. But also, most times I don't know anything about the matter they discuss. However, today, I'd been hearing about this human General Milley and my fly ears were perked.
As I understood from watching the human TV, Milley was the head of the human American army. Seems he called up his Chinese counterpart and said he would notify if President Trump should plan an attack on China.
Wow, these media experts (which is what they are) were shouting all over. And they were dropping crumbs which was nice.
"I have an interview on Meet the Press and I'm going to declare Woodward is lying," one attendee shouted.
"Well I have an interview on This Week With George Stephanopolous and I'm going to declare that General Milley is lying," another attendee shouted back.
"I got someone going on Maria Bartiroma and he's going to say that Milley sleeps with girl scouts," another attendee shouted and THAT made everyone in the room shut up.
"We are going to say whatever it takes to put Milley down as a bad guy. No, we're not going to use the girl scouts yet but we do have a woman, NOT HIS WIFE, who said she had an affair with the guy."
And on and on it went. Man these humans did NOT like General Milley, Democrat or Republican humans.
So this Fly warns yon reading humans that they are going after Milley. Be aware.
