Goodness how did we end up with this guy as head of our federal Department of Justice?

US Attorney General Merrick Garland on Wednesday testified before the Senate Judiciary Committee.
A defiant Garland stood by his letter labeling parents who protest CRT “domestic terrorists” even though the National School Board Association on Friday apologized for the letter.
Senator Tom Cotton (R-AR) wasn’t having it and erupted on Merrick Garland for writing the threatening letter ‘citing news reports’ claiming parents were a danger to school board members.
The news reports were referring to Scott Smith, the father a teenage girl who was raped by a boy wearing a skirt in a girl’s bathroom on campus at a Loudoun County public school
Do you apologize to Scott Smith and his 15-year-old daughter, Judge?” Cotton asked Garland.Merrick Garland refused to apologize so Cotton ripped into him.
Judge! This is shameful! This testimony. Your directive. Your performance is shameful! Thank God you are not on the Supreme Court. You should resign in disgrace, Judge!” Cotton said.

My but oh my, the Republican Senators did a great job interviewing this a**hole.
Garland said he would sic the FBI on parents who give school boards a hard time and label them a "domestic terrorist". While this "national head of school boards owned and bossed by the teachers' unions" submitted a letter of apology, Garland said he was not referring to disagreements in his response, JUST violence.
On and on this liar said he was not referring to loud discussion, only those who commit violence will be turned over to the FBI.
Yet it was the school board who pulled that man down whose daughter was raped, NOT the attendees to this meeting.
The Republicans did a great job in interviewing this piece of crap.
Let's hope they grow used to something between their legs and don't give it up.

Culture Story of the Week
Like so many, I cannot stand Alec Baldwin.
I recall very well how he called his daughter a PIG over the telephone.
And then there's his wife, who speaks with a pretend Spanish accent, why I don't know.
Most of all, Baldwin is a liberal and warns us all to throw away our guns.
Now like so many good and kind people have forewarned, we should not take our rancor out on Baldwin for his unlikeableness because of this incident. It was a most unfortunate accident. I understand and agree with that. Much as I dislike Baldwin, I do understand the tragedy of this event and do have some empathy for the guy.
All I keep hearing is how everyone is told to check the gun chambers for any live ammunition before pointing it to somebody.
I have a gun license, also have a gun. I went to an all day class to learn how to use the gun and practice on the range. I don't recall being told to check for bullets in the gun. But this was a one day thing and I was not instructed to point the gun at another human being.
I don't think Alec Baldwin, nor anybody else on that set, should be charged with a crime. Nobody meant to kill anybody.
However, perhaps Baldwin will learn a thing or two.
It was an awful accident and many will have to live with it the rest of their lives.

Horrible Tests on Dogs
Human are given no permission by our Lord and Savior to treat other species of animals cruelly even if for the benefit of human beings.
So we learn that the NIH has given grants to programs that take Beagle puppies, stick their heads in a cage filled with sand fleas, cut their vocal cords that they do not scream in pain, and let them die in pain.
I do not know what experiments with sand fleas and dogs have to do with human beings, even for other dogs. And we learn that the wonderful Dr. Fauci is somehow involved in all this.
If that weren't enough, we also learn that there are grants given to organizations that lock monkeys up in a cage and scare them mercilessly with fake snakes and spiders. Again, I don't know who this benefits
These creatures are part of God's creation. While human beings are at the top of the life chain, we are not God. Yes we can eat other creatures, just like lions can eat zebras and so on. But to cause endless pain on one of God's creatures....by me it's just plain wrong.

THE FLY ON THE WALL
Yes I am a fly and yes I also Blog. I tend to wander around among the politicians and hear their conversation. Because I am a fly beneficial to humanity, I share that which I hear. Bear in mind my spelling. I am, after all, only a fly.
America Needs More Young People
It was mostly Democratic congress people who gathered at a meeting room in the big capitol building. I've been flying around so much I have come to better understand the different political parties and, from time to time I would meet up with the spider, who I still believe is really a drone.
"We need to move these people waiting in South America here to America and we have to lie about it," the meeting chair said. I understand he was an Aide to Nancy Pelosey and gathered this group together in top secret to explain some things fellow Democrats need to know.
"Why all these Haitians?" another Aide, this one an assistant to Chuck Shoomer. "These are not known as especially intelligent and/or hard-working people?"
Shoomer's aide rested the upper torso of his body on his extended arms with fists resting upon the table. "Haiti gave a lot of the funds collected from the hurricane and earthquake funds and got a lot of us Democrats elected. We OWE them. The Clinton foundation is awash with funds because of money collected for Haiti. We need to get them here and settled or they will tell of our deceit."
"And," yet another aide to some Democrat or another shouted, "we need young and hard-working people to do the jobs Americans just won't do anymore. The Haitians will be easy to direct. Americans have gotten so damned spoiled and lazy that we are saving this country by bringing people into this country can do the jobs the older Americans can't do and help save this country."
A break in the action was called for and crumbs were flying everywhere.
I wish the humans knew just how one political party is trying to replace them with younger and more-likely-to-vote-Democrat humans.
Here's hoping I find the spider and have him help me notify the humans what they need to know.
Meanwhile I shall eat lots of crumbs.
