Daily Miscellany
Thoughts and flashes of brilliance that enter my head from nowhere.
Enjoy. Or abhor, depending on the effect of my "wisdom".

The Salvation Army Really Messed Up
Why did the SA feel the need to declare white Americans as bad people, a tenet of the Critical Race Theory.
I pass them right by now.
Somebody talked somebody into this and frankly, I don't think SA will ever recover.

Florida
My weekly report is a little short this week, which some folks might be grateful for.
I spent the Thursday before last through this past Tuesday in the state of Florida.
Glorious, Glorious, Glorious weather....mid-80's every day.
I visited my sister, a stroke victim who moved to Florida from Maryland some ten years ago.
I had a wonderful time in Naples, Florida.
My sister has survived this stroke for going on twelve years. Her husband cares for her every need.
This was my first time in riding an airplane since 1995. I will never take flights that require a change of planes mid-flight. In our case we changed flight in Charleston, North Carolina both ways.
Airports are huge affairs. I needed a wheel chair to negotiate all of them.
We visited nieces, their sons.....great time. My brother-in-law was a host extraordinaire.
I am so glad I went. It could be the last time I see my sister.
But she looked pretty good, God bless.
