I do not believe this Corona Virus hysteria is going to last longer than a week or so. Yeah I know the "experts" disbelieve me but I have the advantage of being part of the common class and I think like an American.
Because Americans aren't going to last long sitting at home waiting for some weird virus to die and for our elected masters to tell us what to do. We aren't going to want to spend endless hours with our kids who are home from school. Some of us are really going to NEED toilet paper.
But never mind what I think. I'm speculating...could be wrong. It's been known to happen.
What I DO know is that I have learned a lot from this over-hyped virus.
First, I did not know that what is called the "Common" flu was so deadly. Some 6,000 people a year die of the common flu and I am shocked. Where is all the hysteria about this little factoid?
Second, while I don't think this virus that so far has caused 40 deaths in America, most of them at a nursing home in Washington state, is going to bring about the end of the world, I have realized how very deadly a virus can be. Did yon reader know that polio was caused by a virus?
Finally I have come to put great respect into the concept of hand sanitizers. It is our hands that transmit most virus' and while virus' aren't known for their genius, they know how to hop inside of noses, mouths, eyes...from hands that go everywhere.
So while I think that America's gone nuts for this Corona virus names after a beer, it has been a huge learning experience for which we will be better for the experience.

Harvey Weinstein suggested that Jennifer Aniston “should be killed” upon learning that the National Enquirer was planning to report he sexually assaulted her, court papers revealed Tuesday.
On Oct. 31, 2017, amid the barrage of #MeToo allegations against the disgraced movie mogul, Weinstein’s spokeswoman forwarded him an email from the Enquirer, the records show.
“Not sure if you saw this one. Jennifer Aniston,” wrote Sallie Hofmeister, a senior executive at the powerhouse Sitrick public relations company.
In its email, the Enquirer said that “Jennifer confided to a friend that during the production of the 2005 movie ‘Derailed’ Weinstein sexually assaulted her by pressing up against her back in [sic] grabbing her buttocks.”
The Enquirer also said, “Through the years he would frequently stare at her cleavage/breast and move his mouth around making Jennifer uncomfortable.”
