US man teaching dog how to drive arrested after high-speed chase
Teaching the dog to drive?
And a pit bull no less.
https://news.yahoo.com/us-man-teaching-dog-drive-arrested-high-speed-001940478.html
A resident of the western US state of Washington was arrested following a high-speed chase that left officers dumbfounded after they found the man's pit bull behind the wheel.
The incident unfolded Sunday afternoon after police received calls about a driver hitting two vehicles in an area south of Seattle and then speeding away, state trooper Heather Axtman told AFP.
She said the emergency services subsequently got multiple calls about a car traveling erratically at more than 100 miles per hours (160 kilometers per hour).
Axtman said that as officers gave chase, they got close to the vehicle -- a 1996 Buick -- and were shocked to see a pit bull in the driver's seat and a man steering and pushing the gas pedal from the passenger side.

Federal prisons will confine inmates to cells for 14 days amid coronavirus response
This is way better than just letting the prisoners out of jail.

The Bureau of Prisons on Tuesday announced it will begin confining federal inmates to their cells for 14 days in an attempt to prevent further exposure to coronavirus. The order is part of what the bureau is calling "Phase 5" of its plan to combat the spread of COVID-19.
There will be some exceptions to the quasi-lockdown. The bureau is permitting smaller groups for things like phone calls, laundry and showering. Educational programs and mental health treatment will continue, "to the extent practicable."
Previous phases of the bureau's plan included the quarantine of newly admitted inmates at all facilities and inmates who show symptoms be isolated until they test negative for the virus or are otherwise cleared. Inmates who may have been exposed but exhibit no symptoms are directed to be quarantined for 14 days.

Watchdog says FBI violations with FISA warrants went beyond Russia probe
Horowitz is the Watchdog in this matter. The "Woods Procedure" was the procedures required to get a FISA warrant on an American citizen.
The big question now is....will any of these wonderful FBI people be punished in any fashion for this?

Horowitz said the Woods Procedures are intended “to minimize factual inaccuracies in FISA applications and to ensure that statements contained in applications are ‘scrupulously accurate.'”
But in their review, Horowitz said they identified facts stated in 29 FISA applications that were “not supported by any documentation in the Woods File ... not clearly corroborated by the supporting documentation in the Woods File, or inconsistent with the supporting documentation in the Woods File.”
Horowitz said they identified an "average of about 20 issues per application reviewed" with a "high of approximately 65 issues in one application and less than 5 in another application."
