Update on Natalee Holloway Missing in Aruba
Seems that Dutch law precludes law enforcement announcing charges in advance of arraignment. Thus we are left with speculation and the speculators all say that one of the two security guards that HAD been employed by a hotel undergoing renovation and named as suspects, will be arrested tomorrow on charges of kidnapping and homicide.
Yes, the word specifically bandied about was “homicide” so we must assume that Natalee is no longer with us. Not that this is any great surprise but if the speculation is true, someone has confessed to a murder or enough evidence has been found to place the charge.
In addition, heard on Fox’s John Gibson that another American woman has come forward claiming to recognize the two security guards and stating that they tried to make a drug deal with her when she was in Aruba.
On a perhaps off-topic note, the two men in question were said to have lost their jobs just the day before Natalee disappeared.

A Michael Jackson Tidbit
Which jury is still out by the way.
Below is a link to a document that is very interesting.
It is a memo compiled by Jackson’s 1993 victim’s father. This is not a pic for young or sensitive eyes. It is a rough drawing and notes made by Jordie Chandler’s father regarding Jackson’s private parts.
Yon reader might recall that Chandler was able to describe the blotchy skin on Jackson in a place that one would not normally see. The blotchy skin is alleged to be a skin disease that Jackson has. But according to this very rough memo it seems that Jackson might be bleaching his own skin.
Again…..click at your own peril.

Once More With the Runaway Bride
Whose fifteen minutes are up I know. But this tidbit was too juicy not to report.
Seems the FBI has released the tapes of their interview with Jennifer Wilbanks. I heard her voice with my own ears, as the tape played on Hannity and Colmes, Jennifer say the following:
“I didn’t have the perfect groom like everybody thought”.
Man, that “groom” was all over the TV right after Jennifer disappeared. He swore he and Jennifer were madly in love.
I bet he was as surprised by this revelation by his “bride” as anyone.

Some Computer Hints
It occurs to me, as a result of recent email correspondence and some things I’ve noted, that an explanation of how this Blog (and all Blogs) work might be in order.
Every time I make a post and “publish” it, the Blog post is assigned a specific URL. The main Blog page also has a URL assigned to it.
Thus I can send out emails with only the URL of a specific post (in my case I generally put three separate items in one specific Blog post) and the reader can then “click” into a URL with only that Blog post displayed.
The main Blog page will have a month worth of posts displayed, just scroll down. The sidebar used to have a list of archive dates as well as text for the past week’s posts. I have removed this sidebar item. But every Blog post is now categorized on the sidebar to yet another Blog page which has all the links of the subject for which it is categorized.
So if yon reader wants just book reviews, click on the link to the Book Review compilation page and all book reviews done on this Blog are listed with links to each. Same for gardening, gossip posts, etc.
However, these compilation pages are only updated once a month. For posts made within the past month one would have to check the main Blog page.
Also, any web page URL can be saved under “favorites”. But you knew that, right? Depending on the browser there is usually a way to save a web page somewhere so a quick click will take you there. Don’t save specific Blog URL’s because the post will never change.
Finally, don’t forget the use of shift-F5 in MS-word. For when typing a document that might require a check of other data in the same document, it is only required to hit shift-F5 to return to the place in the document where originally at before having to leave. In fact, shift-F5 will take the user back to every place in the document where there was a pause. Making it possible for the user to go back and forth in a document as required.

Cell Phone Madness
It’s not good to have water descend upon an innocent cell phone.
For my cell phone was dead as a doornail even though the battery did recharge once we dried it out.
I had to sell my first born to Verizon but did manage to manipulate myself into an aborted contract that was part of the purchase of the now-destroyed cell phone, and buy a new contract and new cell phone. Of course my wireless rate went up.

Roses and Flopping Peonies
Yes they are lovely peonies and of course I could not find my tomato cages to contain them. But the blooms of this bush are so big that the stems, which are very strong as it were, cannot possibly hold the blooms upright.
So I smile at the peony bush then frown. What a floppy mess it is.
The climbing rose I planted last year inside of an obelisk designed for just such a purpose, has begun its climb. I’m proud. Yes it’s but a small thing yet. But as I envision it, the climbing rose will one day climb the obelisk to spill over and from within to an end of blooming beauty.
The best, however, is yet to come. For the hedge roses have grown so tall as to cover the pretty gazing ball and stand I’d placed within the thorny bush. There has to be, oh about a million, tiny buds, all showing yellow, white and red glimpses of their bloom about to unfold.
Tune in next week for a rose bloom peek that will have yon readers gasping.
