Thoughts and flashes of brilliance that enter my head from nowhere.
Enjoy. Or abhor, depending on the effect of my "wisdom".

The Texas Demoncrats
I must admit I don't know the legislative rules in Texas but it seems to involve a quorum before any votes can be taken on an issue. Now it seems to me that most states require some sort of quorum but Texas allows the legislators to leave the area completely that no votes shall be taken.
Whatever the case, the Democrats in the Texas state legislature have taken to the skies last week to avoid a vote that would make Texas voting rules a little stricter, including a limitation on absentee ballots plus, horrors, a valid ID to prove your identity.
Turns out that a bunch of them tested positive for COVID and you got to wonder how that happened. They are nagging us day and night about vaccinations and yet these legislators are flying all about, not wearing masks that they want us to wear, spreading the virus all over the place, including a fear that they may have transmitted to VP Harris.
This is not going to bode well for those silly Democrats. Us dweebs out here in la-la land across the fruited plains do not want our legislators leaving their jobs, flying all over the skies and spreading their diseases.

You gotta love this guy. Well evidently Nancy Pelosi does. He is obviously under the thumb of the Communist China Party and has a ball spending dollars on luxuries that are not his dollars to spend.

I love True Crime stories and tune into the ID network often. But so many of the True Crime stories involve a female killed by husband or boyfriend or male killed by wife or girlfriend. This particular genre of True Crime stories has a more intriguing slant.
Eric Swawell

It would seem that ole Eric, he with the Chinese girlfriend, has been having a great time with money collected for his re-election.
According to receipts filed with the Federal Election Commission (FEC), Swalwell for Congress spent $21,200.75 in six separate transactions this past April at the Ritz-Carlton Half Moon Bay in northern California. The California Democrat’s wife, Brittany, worked at the hotel as its director of transient sales from February of 2015 until December of 2019, according to her LinkedIn page.
Why does out House of Representatives allow this guy even in the House, much less Chair of important committees?
He will be part of the destruction of our country.

Might I remind that a current Freepathon is now upon? Won't you throw a few bucks in the pot that we can continue on?

Review ID Reasonable Doubt
On the Investigation Discovery channel, Monday nights at 10:00 pm.
When a verdict is rendered, it's not necessarily the end of the trial, as the appeals process can take a significant amount of time to go through the system. In this show, two investigators re-examine controversial murder cases in an attempt to help the families of the people convicted of the featured crimes find out if they should appeal or accept the verdict once and for all. In each episode, new developments in the case -- including additional witnesses and evidence -- help to either support the defendant's contention of innocence or point toward the guilty verdict being the correct one. Re-investigating the cases are defense attorney Fatima Silva and retired homicide detective Chris Anderson.
The two main characters involve a defense attorney and a homicide detective. They meet with friends and relatives of a person serving time for a crime the friends and relatives declare that the alleged criminal did not commit.
The friends and relatives provide reasons that they declare are valid reasons to prove his or her innocence. The two lead characters then embark on an investigation into those assertions of innocence and determine if they prove what friends and relatives of the alleged criminal think is his or her innocence.
For example, the friends and relatives might assert that there is no way a 150 pound man could carry a man he allegedly killed, a man weighing over 250 pounds, to throw him over the bridge into the river. The homicide detective researches this assertion that loved ones think proves the innocence of their loved one. He might set up a scene and find someone weighing 150 pounds and a crime victim weighing over 100 pounds more. They test the loved ones belief that carrying the victim up a hill then hefting him over the bridge rail...they test it live, to see if they are right.
The loved ones of the alleged murderer in this instance offer about five or six scenarios that they assert proves the innocence of their friend or relative.
Most interesting as I have learned from watching this show, they have never, not since I've been watching, proved the innocence of he or she sitting in jail and found guilty of the crime.
Most times the two investigators have to tell the friends of relatives of the alleged criminal that their proofs of innocence do not quite work. If the investigators determine that the loved ones alleged criminal might be innocent as a result of their investigation they vow to try to re-open the case.
Like I said, I've never seen that happen, proving, to me at least, the wisdom or juries.

The Texas Democrats
There are rarely meetings in the big building based only on human political party. But it would seem a bunch of folks from the Texas legislature were in town today and I hadn't heard about their planned meeting as I was buzzing around. However, I did see carts of human coffee stuff and lots of donuts, donuts full of crumbs. I had to check it out.
That Nancy Pelozi woman was heading this meeting but there were lots of others there that were Democrat, but a few Republicans too. One Republican was that Liz Chainy woman that many human Republicans do not like.
"I am so glad you all made it here," Nancy Pelozi said after banging human hammer to call order. "You certainly garnered a lot of attention and that was the point," Nancy said.
Suddenly Liz Chainy jumped up from her chair. "Look you guys," she shouted, "I have been on your side on many things but this stunt is not going to help you at all. Testing positive for Covid ain't helping manners."
Then one of the Democrats from Texas jumped up. "Don't give me your crap, Chainy," this person shouted. "Nobody in your party likes you and frankly not many Democrats like you. We got a doctor we're trying to get to testify that those positive tests for COVID are because we've had the disease before and it's part of our own immune system."
"You can only lie for so long," Chainy shouted back. "American's sick of the lies."
Pelozi banged that hammer thing. "Like you don't lie, Liz," Pelozi shouted. "Look if we are going to win the battle to avoid mandatory identification when we vote, we'll never get the immigrants able to vote for us. Do we want to win or not?"
The arguing went on and I managed to gobble up a few crumbs as the screeching went.
This fly is not sure what the human term "lying" means but evidently the Democrats are masters at it.
