Below, a synopsis of the winning book.
======================================================
Manny Roberts had always been a friend and a decent man, as Georgette Robinson considered him. She admired him so much that she had always been his most enthusiastic political campaign supporter all the way up to the most important political position in the land-President of the United States.

Then Georgette caught Manny Roberts molesting a child. And it was only weeks until the presidential election.

Sure she told Manny's political party and she thought Manny would immediately be pulled from his candidacy with such knowledge known about the candidate.

Wrong.

It was too late for the party to recruit another candidate, and Georgette was told that no one would believe her anyway.

Desperate to keep a pervert from becoming President, Georgette investigates other strange instances of Manny Roberts involving children. She discovers a nefarious, but well-hidden, path of payoffs and bribery.

With the presidential election weeks away, Georgette stands alone in her quest to get someone's-anyone's-attention about this matter.

Finally, she gets the attention of all of America, but in a very unorthodox manner that landed her in jail.

In the end, Georgette is destined for greatness. Just as soon as she gets out of jail.

Space Shuttle Lands Safely!

It was a bit of nail biting. The shuttle landed albeit in California as opposed to Florida as planned. Too many thunderstorms in Florida.

Duh.

Florida's had thunderstorms for as long as I can remember.

Time to put the Discovery behemoth in mothballs and design a 21st century space ship.

Hillary Clinton versus Jeanine Pirro

Ladies and gems and political junkees across the fruited plain.

The upcoming senate race between Jeanine Pirro and Hillary Clinton looks to be the sort of thing one must get plenty of popcorn and soda to enjoy the show.

I've loved Jeanine and watch her regularly on the Greta Van Sustern show. She's a tough as nails prosecutor and yes, she has husband issues.

As does Hillary.

The difference being that Pirro's husband has already served his time in jail whereas Hillary's has not. Give Bolton some time at the UN to dig into the Marc Rich thing and soon enough we all can hope.

The intriguing thing here is that Pirro has a made to order campaign platform. For if Hillary's going to run for President as is whispered loudly across the DC political saloons, then Pirro need only shout to the rooftops to NY voters that there's no earthy reason to vote for a senator who's going to be moving soon to bigger and better things.

This plan will force Hillary to announce her intentions, such as "I am not going to run for President" or force the witch to drop out of the NY senator race completely.

Yeah the homeless and dead in NY city will always vote Democrat even if they ride in on a broom with a nasty history a mile long and even if they aren't even from anywhere near New York.

But there's a whole bunch of other folks in New York. With the witch pressed against her cauldron, well, hey folks, it's going to get interesting.

Really interesting. Especially with the UN revelations about to come out.

Get your popcorn ready.

Here's a Miscellany post, an entry to a contest that I evidently did not win.

The theme was "The Character of the American People" and hey, the protagonist's Uncle Vic explains it perfectly.

Yon readers must promise not to give the URL of this Pic of the Week.

It's the picture our VP "Dick" Cheney tried to hide.

Now, on the Kaitlyn Mae Book Blog.

Although he's fully clothed, Cheney poses in an X-rated position.
