Women Strangled and Burnt Two Days Apart, Two Miles Apart
It’s the latest fad in the murder of women and I keep track of such things because burning women after a sexual assault, burning them dead or alive, seems to be a resort of rapists who don’t want their DNA to implicate them. The solution? Burn the victim so that her body is not recognizable and any evidence still inside of her is burnt along with her.

Police are investigating whether the murders of two women found strangled and left burning in trash bins near a South Side park about a day apart are connected.
The two victims, both unidentified, were found about 2 miles from one another, near opposite ends of Washington Park.
The above story documents TWO women found dead and burnt, both within a mile of each other.
Police in some parts of this country have a special punishment should a criminal kill them during the commission of a crime. This latest fad in burning women after a rape is a heinous crime committed specifically against women. I intend to keep documenting this sudden upshot in this kind of crime.
It might be time for the legislators to establish a mandatory death penalty for any criminal who burns their rape victims.
Aren’t the females in our society as valuable as the police?
Congo the Dog Gets Stay of Execution
The story of Congo, his mate Lucia, and their four pups, is a complicated one.
These dogs are owned by the James family of New Jersey. The James family has enough money to hire gardeners for their four acre property on which these dogs live. It’s the gardeners that were attacked, two separate gardeners on two separate occasions.

Congo the death row dog won a temporary stay of execution today, but his tearful local owners can’t spring him on bail.
The reason: Dogs don’t rate bail. And why? “They’re not human,” said Judge Russell Annich, whose courtroom here was aswarm in Congo supporters.
One gardener allegedly “manhandled” the mistress of the household and this caused Congo to attack. That gardener was bitten but recovered from the wounds and received a cash settlement from the family’s homeowner’s insurance of $250,000. What constituted this “manhandling” by the gardener is not clear and I’m not convinced, at least by the content of the article linked above, that it’s even true.
Lucia is Congo’s mate and she and her four pups allegedly attacked yet another gardener but it is alleged that this gardener provoked the dogs by poking them with a rake.
Congo, Lucia and the pups are German Shepherds.
Congo was sentenced to death for his attack but he was given a stay of execution by the presiding judge while an appeals court hears testimony and a ruling is given from that higher court.
Evidently New Jersey, as I surmise by reading the article, has a law that requires that dogs labeled as “possibly” dangerous must be tattooed as such and owners of such designated dogs must meet other requirements such as protective fencing and special insurance.
The James family is fighting to keep Congo alive plus from having Lucia and the pups labeled as potentially dangerous. The story indicates that there was an offer to leave Congo alive so long as the family agreed to have him labeled as potentially dangerous and follow the laws as required for this canine designation. The James family thinks that none of their dogs are dangerous and are now fighting to keep Congo alive.
It’s a complicated story folks but I’ll go out on a limb here and state that this is a case where there just can’t be all these coincidences. German Shepherds, first of all, are not normally vicious dogs. Sure, they can be, but they are generally trained to be vicious. It’s not an innate trait for this breed is what I’m saying here.
So here’s a family with 6 German Shepherds and all of them are being accused of either dangerous viciousness requiring a death penalty of the label of being potentially dangerous dogs.
I think this family needs to re-visit how they’re raising these dogs. If they really love the dogs they ought to accept the designation of potentially dangerous dogs, do what is required to keep them according to the law, and maybe lock the dogs up when gardeners are around, what do you think?
The Fine Drew Peterson Continues to Charm
I’ve seen enough of the obviously narcissistic Drew Peterson this past weekend to make me want to vomit.
Let’s get the obvious out of the way here. If Drew Peterson thinks that the world believes his story that Stacey ran off with another man he is not only narcissistic, he is delusional. The woman left two kids behind and her name has been all over the news. Both she and the man she ran off with, allegedly, must be in love and not even human to continue to avoid the public for so long and with so much publicity.
Now the lovely Drew Peterson blames Stacey’s PMS on her weird behavior.

NEW YORK -- An Illinois police officer who is suspected in the disappearance of his fourth wife said today that she had asked him for a divorce -- but he thought it was due to hormones.
In an interview on NBC’s Today show, Peterson rather smirkingly said that Stacey would regularly ask him for a divorce and most times the timing of the request coincided with her menstrual cycle.
Drew Peterson is so full of himself that he has not a clue how many female jurors, female jurors who may someday be sitting in judgment of him, that he has turned off with that rather cavalier statement. Because first, like I indicated above, only a fool believes Stacey ran off with some mythical man, leaving her children behind and avoiding contact after all the publicity. To add to this insult to our intelligence, Drew Peterson sits and blames Stacey and her damn periods for her behavior.
I predict Drew Peterson will come to regret that statement more than any other idiocy this man has mumbled these past few weeks since Stacey went missing.
As could have been predicted, the first two wives of Drew Peterson have been contacted and they are talking to the media. From the Chicago Tribune.com:

The portrait emerging of Drew Peterson is not a good one. Not that we are surprised. One could ascertain just by the many vignettes of the man as he wrestles with reporters staked out around his home that Drew Peterson is full of himself.

The ex-wife of a Bolingbrook police sergeant found drowned in her bathtub three years ago was murdered, according to a noted forensic pathologist who autopsied her remains Friday at the request of her family.
Michael Baden, for the right price, can be counted on to deliver an autopsy as required depending on whose doing the paying.
I’ve little respect for the man but having said this, how difficult could it have been to determine that a healthy 40 year old woman found dead in a dry bath tub was likely a homicide victim? No wait! A coroner in a former time and place managed to find this an accident so talk about being paid to deliver a coroner’s verdict.
No I’m not saying that the original coroner who ruled Kathleen Savio’s death as an accident was paid by anyone.
That coroner could have been a complete idiot.
Which makes me think that the state of Illinois needs to review its requirements for hiring coroners. Illinois ought to reconsider the type of fellow it hires to man its police forces while they’re at it.
Man Shoots and Kills NEIGHBORS’ Burglars
This is a story which has captured the attention of many online forums this past weekend. I was shocked by some of the commentary included in these forums, mostly forums of a conservative bent.

"Hurry up, man. Catch these guys, will ya? I ain't gonna let them go, I'm gonna be honest with ya," said Horn on the 911 call. "I'm not gonna let them go. I'm not gonna let them get away with this (expletive)."
Well yeah I don’t want to see some smirky politico take away my gun, which I own exactly none of. Still, ownership of weapons is guaranteed me by the second amendment. I’m not dumb enough to think that laws limiting gun ownership are obeyed by the criminals and understand that the inevitable result is criminals with plenty of guns while an honest citizenry have none.
But this fellow Joe Horn, an elderly fellow who likely got caught up in the moment, went out and shot two burglars to death, this while he was on the phone with the 911 dispatcher!
Plenty of the folks on the conservative forums defended this guy and I’m still recovering from the shock.
First, let the record show that if Joe Horn gets off scot free for killing these two burglars I’ll not shed a tear. Those three were up to no good and burglars have to know that burglaring is a dangerous job. Two of the three burglars then busy stealing from Horn’s neighbor were shot dead by Horn. One managed to escape.
The damning evidence is right on the tape, where Horn can be heard telling the dispatcher that he’s not “gonna let them go”. These words, ladies and gems, amount to damn near premeditated murder. Joe Horn was gonna catch and kill him a burglar that day, damn it, and no dispatcher was gonna stop him.

It’s just that hey, Joe Horn was NOT in any danger from these burglars. At least so much as we know now. He’d seen them burglaring his neighbor’s house but they weren’t in his house and Joe had to go outside to confront them. Various news articles claim that the burglars died on Horn’s property. If true, this is a plus for Horn.
Still and so, I’m not at all convinced that Joe Horn is the hero the conservatives want him to be. I’ll never be convinced that the wanton killing of human beings who present no danger to me or mine could ever be condoned.
This will be an interesting case because make no mistake, Joe Horn’s gonna go on trial for this perhaps impulsive crime.
Woman Shoots Stalker IN HER HOME
Okay, now here’s a way to end misery in the form of a stalker who couldn’t take a hint.

An accused stalker was shot to death Monday night by the object of his obsession after he broke into her Hessville home, police told the Northwest Indiana Times.
Hammond resident Ryan Lee Bergner, 41, was pronounced dead from gunshot wounds to his abdomen shortly after 10:30 p.m. at a local hospital.
The woman is not identified in the story linked above but by the account in the news article linked, this woman did everything right before resorting to shooting Ryan Bergner.
She’d only dated this nut once but over the course of four months Bergner kept stalking the woman, at times breaking into her house, stealing her underwear and ignoring restraining orders to stay away from her.
The woman too called a 911 dispatcher. The dispatcher told her to lock herself in her bedroom until help arrived. The woman grabbed a gun she’d obtained just for this event and hid in a closet in her bedroom. She shouted for the guy to stop three times before boom, one nasty assed stalker dead as a doornail.
Now THIS woman should never have her right to own a gun denied her by politicos seeking votes.
Joe Horn makes gun owners look like nut cases out looking for someone to kill.

Phone Sex Employee Reports Child Abuse
Creeps and perverts are worse than roaches. You never know when they’ll come out of the woodwork.

The phone sex employee contacted police and now this creep has been put out of business and in jail where he belongs.
Just when you’ve seen the depths of depraved something like this comes along.

Glenda Brawley and Ralph King want to press New York Gov. Eliot Spitzer and state Attorney General Andrew Cuomo to re-examine the November 1987 incident, which a state grand jury ultimately concluded was a hoax, the Daily News reported.
I remember the Tawana Brawley case very well. She was a young girl who ran away from home to show up four days later accusing 6 white law enforcement officers of raping her and smearing racial epithets on her body with feces.
Well this story, even though a complete fabrication, was right up the reverund Al Sharpton’s alley and he embraced the lying teen and championed her deceitful cause.
Al Sharpton was later sued by one of the law enforcement officers implicated by Brawley. He was held liable for $65,000 in damages.

He had been stabbed 36 times, mostly shallow cuts. His body was found, face down, in the muddy waters of a small creek in Amish Pennsylvania. His death appears to have been from drowning, with the unstated supposition that had he not been in the creek he would have eventually bled out from his wounds.
There's many interesting facets of the Jonathan Luna case, including one factoid I found so very telling yet is buried beneath the verbiage and reporting on this case.

About the "Stalker killed" I think you should know your facts before you start posting things and judging him. They dated for a couple months, they didnt go on just one date. Also there were no restraining orders against him. He didnt go there intending to harm her, learn the facts first.

In regards to the poster stating "know your facts before judging, I think we know the facts that count. It doesn't matter if he dated her for a millenia, he clearly did not have a key to enter the house nor was he invited in with open arms. He broke in while she was on the phone with 911. That's not a social visit and those are all the facts any sensible person needs to know.
