There are many types of crime across the fruited plains. I do, on occasion and as my psyche propels, cover the crime from time to time. Many crimes cause a national discussion. Some crime involve celebrities and politicos, or their offspring. There's always at least one Muslim in the fray, either killing their daughters for being normal or their wives for whatever reason they want as there are few limits to wife abuse in Muslim law.
There are then, of course, the crimes that astound, shock or make me laugh.
Below, a compendium, the last for 2012, of True Crime.
The liberals are very desperate to invoke their agenda of gun control.
Efforts to take away Americans' guns stopped abruptly right after the events of 9-11-01. That's the day America realized that box cutters almost brought us down. Silly and useless attempts to take away our guns seemed futile.
Now we have three crimes this year and the hounding libs will be baying at full moons on until they either get their way or America just says no.
The most notable, of course, is the recent, horrifying events in Connecticut. 20 young children shot dead, brutally, and six adults killed for trying to save or protect them. One evil son of Satan also died in a confusing cloud of bullets, gun-toting mothers and gun control laws which worked but doggone it the criminal didn't obey the laws.
For the alleged perp, one Adam Lanza, was a human nut case, pure and simple. As of this writing it's been revealed that he regularly burned and mutilated himself, that he was a loner and quiet. Law authorities have been hinting widely that the reasons why Lanza did what he did will soon become clear.
Then there is the Zimmerman case down in Florida. This was chosen by the left to be their defining case but the left is always getting fooled about their silly agenda because….well it won't work.
In the Zimmerman case we have a young man serving as civilian watchman for his apartment complex. He had a legal concealed carry permit and what better place to carry a concealed weapon than during the night while watching for crime?
Another young man was acting very suspiciously, lurking around the backs of the buildings until he finally leapt upon Zimmerman and began to pummel him.
What happened next is known mostly by Zimmerman but there's pictures of him after the assault by Trayvon Martin.
It was the perfect gun control drama but it's fizzling. Trayvon, it would seem, was not a model citizen.
Finally we have the fine and upstanding Jovan Belcher who waited for hours for his girlfriend to return from a night out with friends. He shot her eleven times but didn't sports writers of all damn things feel some need to lecture us on the evils of guns.
So okay ladies and gems, the libs got three big drama cases to take our guns.
We've got twenty dead children, a young black man coulda been the president's son out casing homes to vandal when he was shot by Zimmerman in self-defense and then there's the fine, fine Jovan Belcher, man whatta guy, killing the mother of his child, shooting her eleven times.
Let's see how the libs do because if they don't manage to take away our guns with all this emotion (libs GOVERN by emotion) then they never will.
And anybody who thinks taking away our guns will stop all of the above, well I gotta bridge to sell real cheap.

Now We Move On to the Crimes of the Celebrated and Political Class.
I'm not claiming that the political class or even the silly celebrities of our world have any larger guilt in the crime statistics around us. I just like to point them out as we should watch them. They think they own DC and they think they own Hollywood.
So DEMOCRAT Jim Moran, Representative in America's House, had a son who encouraged voter fraud.
Man what a kid he is. His father must be so proud.
Because this same liar and cheat beat his girlfriend and fractured her skull
What a guy!
Then there's Senator Menendez, a DEMOCRAT, who himself had some time with a prostitute while overseas. His defense is that prostitution is legal in the country where he had it and, of course, we fully want our senators having sex with foreign prostitutes, duh.
So now an intern serving in Moran's office was arrested for being a sex offender. It's unclear what the intern did but what is clear is that offender is from Peru and Mendenez did got a big contribution from a Peruvian PAC.
The senator said he had no idea that a)the intern was an illegal alien much less b)a sex offender.
We'd get fired for being so stupid on our jobs.

And then there's the obligatory Muslim male kills wife as is his religious right crime.
What's so sad about this story, the murder of this Muslim woman, mother of four children, was at first believed to be a hate crime.
The Muslims, man they go through life thinking every American is out to get them. Most Americans know few Muslims and are not likely targeting them for hate crimes, come on.
Since this is California, so okay, it was a perfect vehicle, much like the gun control dramas above, to create the lie of Muslim persecution by Americans.
This guy meanwhile kills his wife, brutally, and he gets the benefit of stupid Californians defending his honor.
This was True Crime 101. And this ain't Iraq. You kill your wife you don't a free pass here in America.

Dear Lord, here's a man who carved a pentagram into his 6 year old son's back.
Indeed it was this fine fellow himself who phoned police and told him what he did. When the responder asked why he did such a thing, he responded "it's a holiday".
Police found the young child clad only in pajama bottoms, shivering and scared of course, with a bloody back carved with a box cutter. The cuts weren't deep enough to require stitches, thank goodness.
Can you imagine how scared that little guy had to be?
Update on Hartley Case, American Shot While Jet-Skiing Near Mexico
Right from the start I thought her story was a bunch of lies.
Seems Tiffany Hartley and her husband, David, decided to go jet skiing on some place called Falcon Lake.
At some point during that awful day, according to Tiffany, a bunch of strange men began to chase them. As she and David turned their jet skis around to head back away from the Mexican side of the lake, David was shot in the back of the head.
Tiffany was unable to go back for David because she was scared for her life.
The story had all the requirements of a wife getting a husband out of the way.
What a better way to remove a pesky husband from the world with no way to prove a thing. David's body is assumed to be somewhere at the body of Lake Falcon or those "pirates" took the dying man and disposed of his body on land.
The shooting follows reports in May that boaters in the famed bass fishing oasis were at risk of being shaken down by "pirates" lurking on the Mexican side... The robbers in at least one case posed as Mexican federal law enforcement, searching fishing boats for guns and drugs and then demanding cash at gunpoint.
There had been reports of "piracy" on the Mexican side of Lake Falcon but in the case of David Hartley, an innocent jet skier, obviously American, the "pirates" got nothing of value from him.
The scuttlebutt is that the pirates might have shot Hartley for venturing too close to the pirate stash.
The story seemed, then and even now, just off.
IF I'm a Mexican pirate I'm either going to find me some Americans to rob. If I were to come upon a couple of young Americans merrily jet skiing around the lake, I doubt a pirate would, first thing, get a gun and shoot one of them. Pirates, I would think, want to keep a low profile. Cold-bloodedly murdering a neighboring country's citizen for no reason at all does not seem pirate wise to me.
At some point in 2010 there is delivered the severed head of the Mexican investigator charged with looking into the Hartley death.
Or, not "turned up" so much as "was delivered," to the police, in Mexico. And not just any severed head: One belonging to Sigifredo "Sigi" Gonzalez, the sheriff "spearheading the investigation" Rolando Armando Flores Villegas, the state police commandant heading the Mexican investigation into the disappearance of David Michael Hartley.
CBS/KGBT) HARLINGEN, Texas - Authorities in Zapata County, Texas have announced that they have identified four suspects in the Falcon Lake border shooting that claimed the life of David Hartley in September, and they confirmed that they were all known members of Mexico's Zeta drug cartel, according to local reports.
The Zapata county, Texas investigators are continuing to look into this crime. Sheriff Gonzalez has vowed to see the four suspects in custody.
I don't think this case will ever be solved.
Maybe the guns that killed Hartley were provided by Eric Holder via Fast and Furious?
He had faced a maximum of 400 years for dozens of charges stemming from his sexual abuse of 10 boys over a 15-year period. Sandusky was convicted in June.

A Middle Eastern man tried to blow up the Federal Reserve Bank in Lower Manhattan this morning, law-enforcement sources told the Post.
The terrorist parked a van filled with what he thought were explosives outside of the Liberty Street building, sources said, then tried to set them off using a cell phone detonator.

Judge Cynthia Brim still collects her regular paycheck — seven months after her suspension from the bench for erratic behavior.
Despite the bad publicity, voters will likely give her another six years on the bench.
“Most [lawyers] indicated a lack of confidence in her legal abilities,” even though her cases are “generally non-complex . . . her rulings are unpredictable and delayed. . . . consistently negative reports about Brim’s judicial performance and her arrest in downtown Chicago raise serious questions about whether she can remain effective on the bench.”
On March 9, at the Chicago Daley Center courthouse — miles from the suburban courthouse where she worked, Brim allegedly threw a set of keys and shoved a sheriff’s deputy before officers handcuffed her and took her to a holding cell.
She was charged with misdemeanor battery. [A] panel of supervising judges suspended her indefinitely.
[S]he was examined by a court-appointed psychiatrist who believes she’s “presently mentally fit with medication” but opined she was “legally insane” at the time of the reported skirmish.
Brim made comments in court that were “racial in nature,” accusing police officers of ticketing only black and Hispanic drivers. She also accused police officers of conspiring to get her fired.
Another source said she recited her parents’ names, the address of her church and her license plate number and walked around the courtroom, complaining she had been run out of her last assignment.
Despite her past, Brim will nevertheless receive the full support of the Democratic Party in the upcoming election said Cook County party head Joe Berrios.
Heh.
Well the Democrats would support someone like this for a Judge.

An Italian court convicted seven scientists and experts of manslaughter on Monday for failing to adequately warn citizens before an earthquake struck L'Aquila in central Italy in 2009, killing more than 300 people.
The court in L'Aquila sentenced the defendants to six years in prison. Each is a member of the country's Grand Commission on High Risks.

Police say a costumed 9-year-old girl was accidentally shot outside a western Pennsylvania home during a Halloween party by a relative who thought she was a skunk.
New Sewickley Township police say the girl was over a hillside and wearing a black costume and a black hat with a white tassel. Chief Ronald Leindecker says a male relative mistook her for a skunk and fired a shotgun, hitting her in the shoulder Saturday night.
Note…to all gun owners….Halloween is coming up. Folks of all ages, even skunk-sized, will often dress up in costumes and could be mistaken for that which they aren't.
The girl is expected to survive as I am to understand.

This story has all the hallmarks of a fake racial incident. Of course, one is hesitant to suggest such a thing but there's so many loose strings in this story it begs scrutiny.
First, it was "originally reported" that the victim was wearing an Obama Tshirt. This article states that this is NOT true.
Her attackers were supposedly wearing "white hoodies". Such a description seems somewhat misleading, alluding in some fashion to KKK costumes.
the story went viral Sunday evening on Twitter and Facebook. Many of the posts speculated the attack was a hate crime. However, the sheriff's office confirmed with KSLA News 12 that Moffitt was not wearing a President Obama t-shirt, despite claims on social media that the t-shirt is what provoked the attack.

Supposedly her attackers spray-painted racial slogans all over her car.

A man committed suicide live on Fox News a few minutes ago. FNC had been carrying a car chase in the Phoenix area and when the suspect pulled over, he ran down a dirt road, then stopped, put a gun to his head, and fell to the ground. No other national networks were carrying the chase.

There's been no further information on the search for Hoffa's body in this backyard. Some sort of scan that detects dead stuff set off an alarm. Authorities think there is SOMETHING under that patio. They're just not sure what.

Drew Peterson's Trial Goes On; Stacey Peterson's Dead Because Chicago Didn't Deal With this Creep When They Should Have
Way back in 2007 I got involved with the fine, fabulous Drew Peterson, when his wife Stacey up and disappeared, leaving her kids behind, not to be heard from again until this day.
It was a weird set of circumstances that allowed psychopath Drew Peterson to murder his wife, Kathleen Savio, and get away with it.
A whole bunch of people weren't paying attention. And the fact that Peterson is a cop helped pave the way to a free murder.
It wasn't that the Bolingbrook police force ignored a crime scene that desperately needed more scrutiny. It's that they turned the crime investigation over to the Illinois State police and everyone knows state police need to stick to giving out traffic tickets.
A perfunctory investigation was done and poor Kathleen Savio was declared dead due to an unfortunate, and very, very unlikely accident in her home bath tub. I understand that falls in home bathtubs are one of the most common forms of home accidents. But consider the common sense of it folks, rarely do people fall in the bathtub and just….eh, die.
Over the course of the trial we come to learn the timing of Drew Peterson's relationship with Stacey and Kathleen. Peterson began an extramarital relationship with Stacey when she was a mere youngster of 19 against his 40+ years of life. Kathleen was broken-hearted to have lost her husband's love in such a humiliating matter.
Stacey knew that Drew killed Kathleen Savio.
Folks, I know this vibrant young woman was not fully mature but who one earth would marry a man she knew killed her wife to get her out of the way? Does not the notion that he might one day kill HER cross her mind?
Further, throughout her marriage to Drew Stacey told some people about Drew's murdering past. It was this hearsay that finally allowed Stacey to speak from beyond her grave, wherever it may be.
It turned out to be an interesting legal case in that there is a legal term that does not allow people to kill other people just so anything the victim said to anyone else could not be admitted as hearsay. In other words, it is believed that the very reason Drew murdered Stacey was to prevent anyone she might have told about his part in Savio's death could never be admitted in a court of law due to the hearsay rule.
BUT YOU DON't GET TO KILL SOMEBODY JUST TO PUT THIS RULE INTO FORCE!
I forget what Judge Janine on Fox called this legal roadblock but it makes sense. A legal rule exists just to prevent citizens from losing their precious freedom based on a third hand conversation between two people, with one person testifying to what the other person said. This is supposed to protect our rights that we not be locked up on flimsy gossip type of evidence.
But when you use this safety net legal rule to MURDER SOMEONE, well you don't get to do that. Thus the hearsay evidence submitted by a pastor of Stacy's was admitted in court. According to the answers of several jurors as to why they found Drew guilty, their verdict was based extensively on that hearsay testimony.
Drew Peterson thought he was too clever by half.

It happened during the doldrums of August. The incident received barely a passing mention.
Some nutjob, probably a liberal nut job based on his reasoning and target, shot a guard at the conservative Family Research Council as he tried to enter the building and right after the shot guard asked where he was going.
The security guard was able to wrestle the shooter to the ground and take away his gun. Who knows who he would have killed had he murdered that guard and was allowed run of the building. The shooter is alleged to have explained that he was after "all this place stands for".
The shooting is being investigated as an act of domestic terrorism. Family Research Council is a Christian, conservative based organization. Fox News reports that witnesses say the shooter was speaking out against the Family Research Council's Pro-Life, Pro-Family agenda as he tried to enter the building. A security Guard stopped the shooter to ask where he was going and that is when the security guard was shot. Thankfully, the guard fought back, even after being shot, and was able to wrestle the shooter to the ground and took the gun. Witnesses say that after the shooter was subdued, the shooter told the guard, "it was not about you, it was about what this place stands for." The shooter was allegedly even carrying a Chick-Fil-A bag as he tried to enter the building.

========================================================== Chicago Police Officer Hits Man's Daughter With His Motorcycle Then Shoots Him
So here's a story not unlike the Zimmerman story in Florida.
An off-duty police officer hits a child with his motorcycle. The child's cousin was also hit by the motorcycle. The police officer had to deliberately ditch his bike so as not to hit the child head on. After that the child's cousin began to attack the police officer, and a little later the child's father came charging out of a nearby restaurant and he too began beating on the police officer.
The officer said he identified himself and further, the child was barely injured during the mishap. The police officer felt it was either him or his attacker and so he pulled his gun and shot the child's father dead.
Shot Dead by Off Duty Cop
Moments after his motorcycle struck a 4-year-old girl, an off-duty Chicago Police officer shot and killed the girl’s irate father after he allegedly attacked the officer, the Chicago Sun Times reports.
Fraternal Order of Police Spokesman Pat Camden identified the officer as a 43-year-old veteran of the Chicago Police. The officer was headed home on Saturday evening when the horrifying incident occurred.
As he was driving home, the officer says he saw a child unexpectedly run into the street. In order not to strike the girl directly, the cop jumped off his motorcycle, pulling it down on its side on the pavement. However, the motorcycle skidded and flipped, hitting the 4-year-old girl and her 18-year-old cousin, John Passley.
The feds have charged so-called "gentleman gambler" Joseph "Joe Vito" Mastronardo, his wife Joanna, their son Joey, and Joe Vito's brother John, with twelve others for their alleged roles in a multimillion dollar gambling and money laundering operation as reported by George Anastasia for The Inquirer: "the Mastronardo brothers, legendary figures in the sports betting business, have long been targets of law enforcement."
================================== Why Don't the Federal Employees Have to Pay Their Taxes?
WHERE THE HELL IS OUR CONGRESS?
Because so many federal employees don't pay their taxes as us private sector peons must. Because Libya starts a war and our executive branch tries to cover it up. Because the Attorney General sends weapons to Mexico that end up killing our border agents.
What happened to our system of checks and balances?
On July 31, the House of Representatives passed H.R. 828 — the “Federal Employee Tax Accountability Act of 2012.” It seeks to solve a problem that otherwise continues to be ignored.
This bill calls for the firing of federal workers who are income-tax deadbeats. However, military personnel and employees trying to work out their problems with the IRS would be exempt.
Chief sponsor Rep. Jason Chaffetz (R-Utah) said there were 102,794 federal employees who were delinquent with their federal taxes in 2004. That figure dropped only slightly to 98,291 in 2010 ... and it includes some 700 congressional employees.
The cost to taxpayers continues to soar, from just below $600 million in 2004 to more than $1 BILLION by 2010.
With 263 Representatives voting “YEA” to 114 “NAY,” H.R. 828 was sent to the Senate on August 1. Fifty-four apparently didn’t feel it was important enough to even vote.
In the Senate’s Hands Now
You would think our senators would pass this bill in a heartbeat. After all, most Americans are acutely aware of our country’s soaring debt problem.
And during an election year, standing on the bully pulpit, shouting how you’re working to reclaim a billion dollars for honest, hardworking voters could help you keep that cushy job.
But several of our senators themselves have a big problem …
Sen. Scott Brown (R-Mass.) said members and employees of the U.S. Senate alone owe over $2 million.
And an IRS report revealed this list of delinquent federal employees:
• 1,181 employees at the Treasury Department — $9.3 million
• Workers in the House of Representatives — $8.5 million
• Department of Education employees — $4.3 million
• Homeland Security — 4,697 workers owe about $37 million
• The Postal Service has the most offenders (25,640), owing almost $270 million
• Veterans Affairs — 11,659 workers owe the IRS $151 million
• Energy Department — 322 employees haven’t paid $5 million
• The Department of Justice has 2,069 employees who are nearly $17 million behind in taxes
• 91 workers at the Federal Reserve
• Nearly 6.5% of the employees at the U.S. Office of Government Ethics, which enforces ethics laws, had the worst compliance rate among federal agencies.
As you can see, many of these employees serve under the supervision of the president’s Cabinet.
Here Is the Most-Embarrassing Revelation of All …
Another report from the IRS reveals that 36 of President Obama’s executive office staff owe the country $833,970 in back taxes.
For the city of Chicago has a horrific murder rate. So Rahm, Obama's former Chief of Staff, has verbally scared the bejeesus out of the notorious Chicago gangs.
You got two gangbangers. One standing next to a kid. Get away from that kid! Take your stuff to the alley. Don't touch the children of the city of Chicago. Don't get near 'em. And it is about values. As I said then, Scott, "Who raised you? Who were you raised [by]?" And I don't buy this case where people say they don't have values. They do have values. They have the wrong values. Don't come near the kids. Don't touch 'em.
What the hell does the above mean?
First, take their stuff to the alley? Or...murder adults but don't touch the children? And who says WHO does not have values? The gangs have values is Rahm saying? So long as they don't kill the children?
After a lengthy investigation, Wilson was indicted in April on a misdemeanor insurance charge for laundering a total $8,000 in campaign contributions from Missouri Employers Mutual Co., a state-created workers' compensation company based in Columbia, to the Missouri Democratic Party through a St. Louis law firm, Herzog Crebs. Former Herzog Crebs partner Ed Griesedieck III was also indicted.

Wilhelmina "Minnie" Maurin and Edward "Ed" Maurin's dead bodies were found Christmas Eve 1985. They had been shot to death and dragged into a wooded area.
Minnie and Ed were 83 and 85 years old respectively when it is believed that they suffered what had to be a terrifying murder. Two male neighbors abducted the couple, drove them to a nearby Savings & Loan and forced them to withdraw money.
Their bodies were discovered in their car, shot inside their car then dragged to a wooded area.
Rick and John Riffe were suspects on this murder back when it happened. They moved to Alaska two years after the murder but it wasn't until recently that investigators had enough evidence to arrest Rick. Brother John had died years ago.
Seriously folks, somebody needs to stop that awful man posing as a human being Mayor of New York. Name is Bloomberg or some such. Depending on the weather, he might be a Republican or an Independent. It doesn't much matter, his one goal in life is to control our lives, including everything we put into our body, dear Lord the man needs to go.
I understand that the citizens of New York aren't quite right, the ones left there definitely not the very rich or successful, those sorts having long ago moved away from oppressive taxes to Florida. Many of them have been schooled in the NY public education system, God Bless.
But even THIS outrage by Bloomberg has got to have them up in arms.
It's not that the act of pouring 64 ounces of a sugary drink down your gullet isn't the smartest action on earth. But stupidity can't be legislated out of existence and we don't need a bunch of elected elite thinking they need to set us morons straight.
It's not unlike the liberals silly action on gun control. MAKE GUNS ILLEGAL, they demand. Of course guns don't go away, they are then just owned by the actual criminals.
It's not like beating on 7-11 and their Big Gulps will eliminate sugary drinks. People will just buy TWO 32 ounce drinks or better yet, hide them from the gubmint in their own homes where then they might gulp down 100 ounces in joy from freedom from Bloomberg's crushing legislation.
George Zimmerman's Constant Torment Goes On. Now His Bail's Been Revoked.
Calling back George Zimmerman from his hiding spot for lying about his financial situation during his bail hearing was quite a surprise.
According to the judge issuing the revocation, Zimmerman had almost $150,000 in a Paypal account that they didn't reveal during the questioning about his financial situation. The judge asserts that because Zimmerman is unemployed he got a lower bond amount than would have been given had those extra funds been known.
Now there was a web site set up for the legal aid of George Zimmerman and it likely did get a lot of contributions. I mean it's not like this is some sort of legal trial or anything, what with Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson using it to boost their visibility, that awful President of America getting on TV calling Trayvon his ersatz son which shouldn't be something Presidents get involved in.
I suspect that Zimmerman thought the Paypal money would be his to use for living expenses because go with me here, the Black Panthers put out a call for Zimmerman's head and George and his wife had to move from their home. It's not like George Zimmerman wouldn't have fear for his safety is what I'm saying here.
There was also some confusion about an unrevealed passport. Turns out that Zimmerman had a passport that he thought he'd lost and he applied for another one. That passport was subsequently found and I suppose Zimmerman didn't notify anyone that he had it. Zimmerman's attorney compares this to losing your driver's license then finding it later after obtaining a new one and not turning the old one back in.
Now I don't know if that's the truth of the story but it is the sort of thing people don't think of any consequence. Whatever the case, Zimmerman did turn in his duplicate passport and he DID return promptly to jail when summoned by the judge.
As for the money, again, it's a bit confusing. It's not like any of these incidental events are cut and dried and blatant flipping the bird at the law. From my vantage point, it continues to look like the persecution of George Zimmerman instead of a fair trial.
Heh. Even funnier, I can't believe this article quoted the very intelligent and unobjective legal opinions of Trayvon's parents:
Benjamin Crump, an attorney for Trayvon Martin's parents, Tracy Martin and Sybrina Fulton, said his clients have always said Zimmerman should remain in jail until trial, which O'Mara said he believed wouldn't be until next year.
Well damn, go on. They "always said" that Zimmerman should remain in jail until trial, constitution and applicable laws be damned.
This case will go nowhere but best to get Zimmerman crossing all T's and dotting all I's. Cause Sharpton, Jackson and the Black Panthers are after poor old George Zimmerman with Trayvon's parents leading the legal charge.
Teacher Gives Out Bogus Award to Student
This story was all the rage a week or so ago and it did make me laugh.
Seems Ms. Plowman gave her student, Cassandra Garcia, a mock award for having the most excuses for not handing in her homework.
Goodness you could hear the howling across the fruited plains, included some nothing-burger Psychologists who simply had to use this opportunity to talk about bullying and psychological damage.
Problem here is that little has been revealed about just how often little Cassandra has some ham-handed excuse for not having her homework. If it is a rare or seldom occurrence than the absurd award serves no purpose.
But let's suppose that Cassandra is coming in with an excuse for not having her homework say maybe on average once a week.
In that case, this rather mild reprimand of a smile and a gentle slap is the perfect antidote.
And given that Ms. Plowman just gave Cassandra this little award when she obviously has an entire class of students I got to lean toward the concept of little Cassandra maybe over doing her excuses cause why would Ms. Plowman pick out only little Cassandra?
Which brings the point as to how come for all her griping, Cassandra's mother never self-righteously proclaims that her daughter only missed turning in her homework once or twice in a year or some other sort of defense parents would be making if Cassandra were all that innocent?

In fact, using music to drive prisoners of war nuts is nothing new.

I think killing them by flying drones as is the very brave Obama method to be much more humane.

The War On Unborn Females
You got to love Planned Parenthood, an organization that can't get enough abortions, it's abortions all the time, every day, abortions on demand, abortions for any reason.
And they say the Republicans are waging a war on women!
Since the initial revelation of the astounding gender based abortion the liberals/Democrats have doubled down, they're sticking to their guns.
"Of course you can abort the unborn child should it be of a gender you don't desire," they shouted and, of course, they had to say that.
Silly legislation with good intentions to ban gender-based abortion are a waste of time. If I'm looking to abort my unborn child of a gender I do not desire, were such a thing illegal, well I'd certainly never admit it. In that instance I'd just say I wasn't ready for a child at this time cause since when is the reason WHY you want an abortion part of obtaining one? Since never, that's when.
And yet my common sense antennae is that this concept gives most Americans pause. Cause there's something to be said for slippery slopes that will soon have us aborting babies with undesirable brown eyes and hey, how many homosexual babies might be torn from wombs and how popular would this be?
It's a slippery slope and in the end it will lead to nothing good except more Democrats in office and that's not good.
Trayvon Martin's Story, Is it the Media's? Is It George Zimmerman's's? Does the Truth Even Matter?
It doesn't much matter the opinion of one Blogger read by two, perhaps three people, a day. But I do write often about True Crime, read it quite a bit, consider myself a bit of a sleuth, however amateurish. So yes, I'll offer some speculation as to what happened the night of February 26, 2012, in a community called The Retreat at Twin Lakes in Sanford, Florida.
My commentary is, of course, speculation only, speculation based somewhat on the various leaks that I think are very believable and on media coverage, much of which was shamelessly outright bogus.
Trayvon was suspended from school, on record as due to the discovery in his backpack of an empty bag of marijuana with traces of the weed still within, along with a device to smoke the product. Leaked from secret school sources was the fact that also discovered in his backpack was a bunch of jewelry that Trayvon claimed belonged to his family.
It isn't against school rules to have jewelry in one's backpack so this was not part of the official record. Newspapers like the Miami Herald, that first reported this story, don't just put this information in their newspapers based on nothing at all. As reported in no less than the Washington Post a Miami-Dade police report was obtained that showed Trayvon was found to be have 12 pieces of women's jewelry, a watch, and a screwdriver, in his backpack. The police found no connection between the jewelry and recent burglaries so nothing came of it. The school could take no action because, again, carrying around jewelry is not against school rules.
Falling back on that old bugaboo of common sense, I don't think jewelry found in a school backpack along with a screwdriver reflects well on the student but Trayvon had this material on his person while in school.
Still and so, Trayvon might have been a bad actor who smoked week and screwdrivered his self into places where he didn't belong to abscond with jewelry that was not his. Doesn't mean he should have been murdered.
So he's staying with his father and his girlfriend, who lives in The Retreat so he had a right to be there.
On the night of 2/26/12 Trayvon ups and decides to take a walk to a 7-11 to pick up a bag of Skittles and a can of iced tea. As he is walking back, assumedly to his Dad's girlfriend's house, he is spotted by George Zimmerman. George Zimmerman is a 28 year old man, the neighborhood watch coordinator of The Retreat at Twin Lakes. In fact, Zimmerman was the ONLY member of the neighborhood watch at The Retreat at Twin Lakes. There had been some break ins in the community. In fact police had been called into the community over 400 times since the beginning of 2012. George Zimmerman is said to have made 46 of those calls.

My daughter shouted at me that this Zimmerman guy had called the police over 300 times. I assume some fine, fine media reporting attributed all of those calls to George Zimmerman. It is logical that Zimmerman would have made quite a few calls to the police as community watch groups are always warned to contact police the very first thing when they spot suspicious behavior. Somebody, or somebodies, in that community was calling the police way more than George Zimmerman so I suspect that Twin Lakes was experiencing some serious criminal attacks, using common sense and my arithmetic.
George Zimmerman spotted Trayvon walking home from the 7-11 and he immediately called the police on his cell. It was a rainy night. And know now that Zimmerman was NOT on any sort of neighborhood patrol. He was going to the drug store as the story's been reported. Zimmerman told the 911 dispatcher that Trayvon was disappearing between buildings as opposed to walking straight along the road, a kind of suspicious activity as one might conclude he wasn't just meandering about to see the scenery in the rain, in the dark, between the town home grouped units. Common sense.
Zimmerman gets out of his car. He tells the dispatcher he was going to follow Trayvon. The dispatcher told him he did not have to do that. The dispatcher did not tell Zimmerman NOT to follow Trayvon as has been widely and erroneously reported. Whatever the case, Zimmerman did tell the dispatcher that he lost track of the suspect and was returning to his Jeep.
At this point all hell breaks loose. Add NBC and ABC's doctored audio and video tapes and up becomes down and the sky is red.
Witness reports that a guy in red (Zimmerman) was on the bottom of a two man scuffle and was screaming for help. A gunshot is heard. Trayvon Martin is dead.
The police arrived. They took witness statements and brought Zimmerman back to the police precinct. Zimmerman had been treated by paramedics at the scene. The police report alleges that Zimmerman was covered with blood and grass stains. The video of Zimmerman at the police stations, as first blurred by ABC, seems to show a fine and undamaged Zimmerman. After the true video is revealed, the man has a HUGE gash on the back of his head. HUGE. The gash appears to be three inches long, about an inch wide, to my undisciplined eyeballs.
What Zimmerman told the police has not been officially released though again, there's been plenty of leaks. Zimmerman's father publicly alleges that Trayvon attacked Zimmerman from behind and was bashing his head on the concrete roadway. Zimmerman was struggling to get up the curbside to get on the grass where the pounding of his head would not be so damaging. Skulls banged into grass tend to fare better than skulls banged into concrete. Hence the grass stains on Zimmerman's jacket, reported in the police report.
Zimmerman's father also reported that during the scuffle Zimmerman's loaded concealed carry was discovered by Trayvon. Zimmerman's father said that at that point Trayvon made some comment to George that he was going to die tonight.
To avoid being a victim of a bullet from his own gun, George Zimmerman obviously wrested his loaded legal concealed carry from his waistband and shot his assailant.
The horrible behavior of NBC with their doctored audio tape is inexcusable. But save losing their broadcast license, I don't suppose they broke any law. ABC helped the lies along with their doctored and misleading video tape.
The truth does not matter to our major media any more, time for us all to accept that fact and doubt every damn thing they report, every damn thing.
And for sure the President of the United States, how pathetic, insinuates himself into the story by saying if he had a son he would look like Trayvon, dear Lord what the hell is that supposed to mean?
Not to mention the fine, fine purveyors of truth, Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton getting all involved in this thing for more notoriety and relevancy for their stupid race-baiting selves.
You know what I think? I think Trayvon KNEW that Zimmerman had a loaded gun on him. I don't know how he knew. Trayvon didn't have the bother of attending school that week , maybe he got into discussions with some of the kids on the block. I suspect that Zimmerman had a reputation as a bit of a zealot. But he had a legal right to carry that weapon, he called 911 first time he saw Trayvon acting what he considered suspiciously. Zimmerman and his wife did own a home in that community. We have regular neighborhood watches in my own small community. People don't like the notion of strangers prying their way into their homes, stealing their stuff. People have a right to keep an eyeball out to report suspicious behavior. So far the socialists and communists have not made such a thing illegal, give them time.
I think Trayvon attacked George Zimmerman specifically to get his loaded gun. Trayvon knew Zimmerman was following him. There were reports of a conversation between the two, with Trayvon asking Zimmerman why he was following him.
I don't know if Trayvon intended to shoot Zimmerman. I don't know why he'd want to do that save anger. I do think Trayvon maybe was casing some of the places in Twin Retreat, maybe had his handy dandy screwdriver with him. Trayvon was no sweet baby boy that the media and their silly pictures of a 10 year old would have you believe. I think he believed Zimmerman would not be following him so brazenly if he didn't have some sort of protection on him. I think Trayvon wanted that gun.
There is no other logical reason why Trayvon attacked Zimmerman out of the blue like he did. And make no mistake, Trayvon did attack Zimmerman and did surprise Zimmerman. Witness reports and police notes indicate that's how it came down. George Zimmerman had gashes on his head that weren't there before he left for the drug store that night. George Zimmerman told the 911 dispatcher, they got it on tape, that he was returning to his car, that he'd lost sight of the suspect.
I don't think Trayvon intended to rob Zimmerman. I think Trayvon wanted to surprise attack him and Trayvon wanted his gun. Maybe Trayvon intended to sell the gun, maybe Trayvon wanted a gun for his own self, I don't know why Trayvon wanted Zimmerman's gun but it's why I think he attacked Zimmerman when he could have just let Zimmerman get back in his car and leave Trayvon to continue casing Twin Retreats.
Finally, the police came. They took Zimmerman to the police station. Zimmerman was grilled, details were investigated. I simply do not believe the police would have, boom, let a cold-blooded murderer go. The police believed Zimmerman's story. Witness reports and details backed up that Trayvon attacked Zimmerman, that Zimmerman shot in self-defense. I simply do not believe the bevy of police involved in investigating this case all acted as one big stupid racially biased unit to allow a murderer of a young black teenager to go free.
The race baiters, with a little help from the President of the United States, are out and about and rabble rousing. Why? Are they so ashamed of this country that they want to continually portray it as a bigoted racist paradise? Jackson and Sharpton might stand to gain financially from such a portrayal but dear Lord, our own President?
The Trayvon Martin case is a very sad case. Trayvon Martin was not the angel the media portrays him to be. This story fizzles more each day. On some level perhaps the failure of this case to be the racist incident the race baiters want it to be will mark the end of the Jacksons and Sharptons and lying media.
